Identity Confidence Score

GBG Investigate Identity Confidence Score provides a 0-100 score to quickly identify reliable or suspicious identities, enhancing decision-making, streamlining processes, and reducing manual investigations, saving you time and costs.

Self-service Management reporting

Report and export key internal usage and review how investigations are managed so you can better self-manage your user accounts, ensure compliant usage and identify training opportunties.

Integrate via API

Integrate Investigate's powerful data engine directly into existing systems, processes and workflows to streamline your operations.

GBG Trust

The GBG Trust network, enables you to recognise great, good and bad customer prospects before transacting, at the first point of contact, for accurate routing of fast, slow or no-go customer onboarding journeys.

Enhanced property data

Improvements to the property data within Investigate.

Loan application data

Data collected through the application process for sub prime loans. This data set supports you in detecting vulnerability when assessing affordability of an individual.

Affordability score

Indicates an individual’s affordability level. Useful for debt and financial investigations to better understand an individuals financial situation.

Investigate API

Investigate API will then cover all aspects of Person, Business and Address RHRs and return data packages.

Real time data upload

The ability to upload your data and have it mapped into Investigate in real time.

Self serve managed services

A self serve portal to run some of our managed service offerings as needed.

Usability enhancements

Improvements to the UI to help make investigations easier and more intuitive.
